When it comes to living a happy, healthy and fit lifestyle (the fitness life!), what you eat is as important as how you work out. That’s why we include a personal nutrition plan as part of our Smartraining training program.

Our Koko Fuel nutrition plan is designed to provide each member with the right balance of macro- and micro-nutrients needed to properly FUEL their Smartraining strength and cardio workouts.  Using individual member data — age, weight, gender, goal, percentage of body fat, job type (active or sedentary), workout intensity and activity levels — Koko creates customized online meal plans to accompany the workout program, with  nutritional recommendations and recipes made only from whole, healthy, foods.

For fat-burning or muscle-building, these goal-based plans are designed to provide optimum nutrition to improve the quality of the workout – and the results.
