The amount of daily water you drink is important for anyone’s life. Good nutrition, fitness, and overall health depend upon it. However, over the years, studies have produced varying recommendations. the truth be told, your water needs depend on many factors, including your health, how active you are and where you live. A better indicator if you’re properly hydrated is your urine. Say what? Yep! I know, most people try to count how much they are putting in when they should check what’s coming out. Ha! Basically, a properly hydrated person’s urine should be light yellow to clear.
